The Rhinobots held their first ever official FTC Wisconsin scrimmage, called the Rookie Rumble. This scrimmage, unlike many others, was solely meant for rookie teams to learn how to get better at FTC. The day started off with a technical workshop, where teams learned about what a design process is, the different subsystems in a robot, what happens on the technical side at a FTC competition, and basic game strategy and scouting. The teams also were able to see a demonstration of the Rhinobots' robot. The teams were then able to get help from the Rhinobots' student mentors, and do initial scouting of other teams in preparation for a mock competition. The teams were also able to hear from the head judges from FTC Wisconsin about what judges want to hear, and were able to do a judging session with them individually as teams. Later, teams participating in a competition, with Team 24683 Mighty HAPA Bots winning, along with Team 25015 Bionic Bees!
